Week 12: Unstoppable?

Wow. Following the plan is really working for me. I feel like I've really got to grips with it. So much so that this week I dropped a further 3lbs to 17 stone 9.5lbs.

Slimmer in the week for second week running...

The weight just feels like it's dropping off me now. I've noticed changes in my body, but I see a lot more needed...
