Weigh in 17: Not sure how I've done it...

...But I am a further 4lbs down this week. I've been eating a lot of speed and protein foods. My favourite meal at the moment is steak with asparagus, green beans and broccoli. Yum!

So my total weight loss is now: 2 st 12.5lbs. Hoping next week I'll get that 3 stone award.
