Weigh-in 8: On a roll...

I'm not quite sure how I managed it, but I lost 4.5lbs this week. I was away at the weekend - so meals out and boozy nights out. I've tried to stick to plan as much as possible, keeping my syns well under control.

So my new weight is 16 st 8lb - a total loss of 1 st 6.5lbs. I'm so close to that next award (1.5 stone) that I really need it soon.

I feel hungry.. and it's certainly not for food,
